All of our classes are Prenatal/Postpartum & Baby/Tot-friendly. If expecting, please consult your doctor to see if exercising during pregnancy is right for you (once cleared by your doctor, 2nd trimester is most suitable, & if still comfortable, you can continue well into your 3rd trimester).  All our instructors can modify for prenatal & postnatal bodies. Download a PDF or our weekly class schedule HERE.
